zingalinga_edits very nice xeperimental electronica Favorite track: Tlacactoc - Organic EFT.
Saffron Robe

Saffron Robe There is no linear progression or song structure to these tracks as such, but the sounds are so pristine and well-defined that they could almost be tactile. The crackles on the first track, for instance, send shivers up my spine!
Hypnotic Techno Circle

Hypnotic Techno Circle The Mexican producer succeeded to express the ultra-deep sound signature of the label through interesting experimental tracks, which augur for him a great artistic destiny! Favorite track: Tlacactoc - Gaussian Bloom.

about

Tlacactoc Uetzcayotl
[Tequisquiapan, Mexico]
Format: Digital
Release Date: September 5th 2022
Cat: ST049

Tlacactoc (nahuatl concept of nothing/silence) combines his creative profession as a web designer and developer with his constant search for sound aesthetics.
This project shares with us some compositions inclined to minimalist textures and rhythmic figures, full of details, with influences from various electronic psychedelic styles.

Tlacactoc's album Typhoid Mary is a journey that reflects desolate and dark panoramas at the beginning and culminates in an explosion of colours through different episodes. This is not a conceptual album as such, but rather, as Tlacactoc describes it, an approach to some of the styles that he most prefers and enjoys as a lover of frequencies and signal flows.

With this album he seeks to break certain principles and concepts of rhythm and electronic music without desecrating what keeps it as a "musical" or rhythmic piece, trying through these instruments and their frequencies to tell stories or places, fast scenes that are either nostalgic, somber, happy or abstract.

The slogan of the project lives up to its aim: Let's witness together the great mystery.
